MALLOY 52 - Low temperature soldering rod for ZAMAC, Aluminum and Dissimilar Metals
Thanks to its special formulation and its low application temperature (200-280°C), it makes easy to solder, with a simple Propane torch, many metals, including zinc die-cast (ZAMAC), pewter, aluminum alloys (excluded those with more than 1.5% of magnesium), copper, brass and steel, also between them. It is ideal for repairing of difficult to weld white metals such as ZAMAC, pewter and aluminum or very dissimilar combinations as ALUMINUM-COPPER, ALUMINIUM-BRASS, ALUMINIUM STEEL-etc. To be used with its Flux Malloy 52.
MALLOY 52 – Kit Plus (14 rods size 2.5 mm + 1 flux 50g)
MALLOY 54 - Low temperature self-fluxing Aluminium brazing rod
Melts at low temperature (470°C), flowing freely with a high capillary action. It is self-fluxing as the required flux is integrated in the rod. Very easy application with a simple propane torch. No need to eliminate the residual flux as it is not corrosive. Can braze all aluminum alloys, except those with more than 1.5% of Magnesium. Ideal for repairs especially on thin as sheets, tubes, fins etc. present in radiators, boats, air conditioners, and many other.
MALLOY 54 – size 2.3 mm – 1 Kg (125 pcs)
MALLOY 57 - Self-fluxing Aluminium brazing rod
Melts at 550°C, flowing freely with a high capillary action.
